I'd like to say thank you for the excellent service I received from everyone at Choices Jindalee. I needed new carpets fitted in four bedrooms in less than a week. Everyone went out of their way to ensure the job was completed, not only on time but in fact a day early. I am very happy with everything and would definitely recommed Choices.

Stuart and the other gentleman who helped me were very professional and knowledgeable. Bryce who came out to lay the carpet did an exceptional job. Would definitely recommend.

We had carpet put in in July 2016 and noticed small pulls in the carpet almost immediately. I made contact with the store in December 2016 after noticing on of these pulls had come undone and had left the carpet threadbare. We had someone from the store come to view the problem and were basically told that the issue was either our children (a toddler and a non mobile infant), our pets (who live outside), our vacuum cleaner (previously used on carpet with no issues) or the type of carpet we had chosen to install (not appropriate for children, pets or vacuum cleaners apparently). He then told us we would need to arrange for the carpet to be re-tufted and it would probably cost 'a few hundred dollars '. So thanks Choices Jindalee. 5 months of light wear and our new carpet requires repair at our expense because apparently its only meant to be looked at.

Kathy and Stuart are friendly and very professional, and their experience shows. The other staff I have dealt with, which includes Darren and Valerie, are also great. Excellent service with a good sense of humour thrown in is my idea of heaven in customer service and Choices Flooring at Jindalee tick all the boxes. Thank you. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen. Margy.

Kathy and Stu were extremely helpful in providing expert advice on a flooring solution for us. We wanted timber flooring over a large area. They provided options with the pros/cons of each based on them quickly understanding our lifestyle and from personally visiting our house. Great customer service above and beyond our experience with other similar retailers. Their pricing was more than competitive and we were kept informed of progress at all times. And the follow up from them was exceptional. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
