Looking for new sofas and couldn't find what we both liked! With David from Jindalee Store we both found exactly what we loved and at a far better price than what we had seen before. Great choices BUT BETTER- THE SERVICE!!! He listened and was happy to let us browse, then explain ALLl the pro / con of the final selection. Can't wait to see our 2 new sofas in our home Reno SOON! 1 star is too high. They deserve negative stars. Bought a glass coffee and lamp table from Nick Scali. Found out that the suction cups are completely different from the one displayed at showroom. The suction cups provided to me with the coffee table are completely useless, does not hold the glass and risk to child safety. Have been chasing with the service people, a useless bunch, from the last two months. Chased with the manager at store, he seems helpless. Surprisingly he said he can't do more that escalating matter again through emails to service team. I should have looked at the reviews before entering nick scali. Pathetic service and I am frustrated now, going to take legal action now after multiple follow-ups.  Number QJ26299S

One star on delivery experience. My details were entered wrong by in-store staff which resulted in no delivery on our organised day, despite me contacting them on the morning of the scheduled delivery day when I had not heard from them. The earliest delivery in now a week later which impacts my other commitments. This is not a premium furniture experience.

1 Star is waaay too high, if they had negatives I’d use it! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM NICK SCALI!!!!!!!!!! We are onto our third motor for our recliner in three years & now we have to pay for the replacement motor!!!! After the second replacement electric motor on our recliner broke on Wednesday I wasted 34 minutes on the phone to the Service Department, only to find that as this second replacement motor is 21 days out of warranty, they will not replace it under warranty. When I thought further about this, I called back today to speak to the Supervisor who apparently made the decision they were not prepared to do anything for me, I waited 22 minutes on hold while the same technician I had spoken to on Wednesday tried to get the Supervisor, she then suggested I get a call back, which I did & have just had a further 21 minutes trying to explain my frustrations to the supervisor, only to be spoken down to very condescendingly, & with an absolute final decision of nothing can be done other than to pay up front for the new motor. She even used a comparison of an airline ticket with the warranty on a lounge - not quite sure how that was relevant. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE - NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

The worst experience I ever have with a furniture company. I was sold a dining table and I have been told to get it deliver on specific time. I received multiple messages near to delivery time that they are not able to deliver with no proper explanations. The actual delivery was even worse. Although following up for several times that the item will be delivered but again received some not legitimate reasons that unable to deliver. The most dissatisfying experience ever.

Waited 6 months for our electric recliner to arrive…worked 1 month and then its battery broke!!!so far been  4 months and still no sign of new battery.let alone the dramas of lodging a warranty claim…buy Nick Scali at your own risk!!!!  Update!had the battery replaced but now the other unit is broken.been waiting for 2 months and no news yet!!!call centre seems to be overseas and staff at the showroom have no power to fast track things…hey nick scali, I hate you

I was sold a sofa, guaranteed they had it in stock and could deliver. I was called a few later and advised that they had sold the sofa to us by mistake, they didn’t actually have it in stock, and therefore they cancelled our order. Terrible customer service afterwards too.

Had a great experience with Graham. We were looking at a largeish? Modular sofa setting and despite dragging him across the whole store trying most couches, Graham never lost his patience with us and remained professional and humorous throughout.  Was very informative on any questions we had, was honest and upfront with delivery times quoted 16 weeks but it was the same story at Plush so must just be the norm at the minute.  Didn't pressure us to buy but instead made sure all our questions were answered so we felt confident purchasing.  Would recommend.

Bought a couch from this store in Early January to be delivered in April. Had no communication that it was delayed only to phone up yesterday and be told it will now be delivered end of May with zero explanation as to why. Although not great, this isn’t the reason for the 1 star review, the 1 star review is for the incredibly rude way we were dealt with by the customer service team when we phoned up to enquire where our couch was, we were treat like an inconvenience and the women basically hung up on us…..not great service and communication so far. It’s a shame as the people we dealt with in store were fantastic.

Could not rate this store or company low enough. Dealt with Graham who might need a little or a lot of customer service training. Walked into the store with a particular couch in mind, but was happy to browse as well. Approaching graham, I asked for the couch he said it wasn’t displayed there, I asked where it would be stocked and all he stated was “a bigger store”, he walked off after I asked him if he could look it up and all he said was “no I can’t”. That was the entire 2 seconds he gave me. Found a couch I liked but he couldn’t be bothered to move from his desk with his other associates to come back over so I left. All management could state was that I should’ve driven to other stores. With a sick mother who can’t make big trips and spend all day out this was not possible. I wonder how they make any money with staff who have absolutely no care for decent service. The only reason this has one star is because it wouldn’t let me go any lower than that
