Highly recommend Brad for great advice and lots of patience - he took the time to look at photos of my room and insisted on laying out 5 or 6 huge rugs for me because they look so different once they are on the floor and he was so right! Nothing was too much trouble, we finally found the perfect one thanks to his great insight...definitely worth the trip in to Jindalee, you don't get that service on line!!

Good store deal with what we choose, also had a young gentle man Elliott @ the Jindalee store gave us the best customer service very patient ,helpful & polite made both times attending this store an awesome experience we will be back to purchase, note with Elliott's sales approach hopefully he is well looked after by the company.

I went to this shop for a particular style of carpet, he said they didn’t have it because it was an older range. He then sent me to their outlet store because they stock old range carpet. I went there - they only stock rugs! You would thInk he would know this! He is literally 500 meters across the road and the same Organisation. Poor poor poor

Would be cool if at least you update your information in Google, I arrived to the store in “open hours” but nobody was there.

If you want quality not just in product but in customer service, i guarantee you will not be disappointed with the guys at Mt. Ommaney.

The staff/owners go out of their way to land the sale, very helpful.
