From Malaysia. A very bad experience. Order was confirmed on July 12th 2017. Have not received the purchased item yet after almost 2 months. No response from department involve on email.

The Natural City is always my first choice of online shops with their low and competitive prices. I have purchased from here multiple times and never had any problems, excellent customer service! Definitely recommend buying from here

Always friendly and helpful staff. Best prices anywhere. Charles is a greatly compassionate man while still being pragmatic and no nonsense. Really good range of items and they care about your order. Ive not ordered online yet coz it gets me out of the house (and I go out of my way to shop there to support Charles) but when I do go to the shop there are always people packing boxes of orders.
