Unfortunately, my experience at this retail outlet was very negative. I was "assisted" by an employee who's attitude from the beginning of our encounter was poor. Her initial reaction when informed of my cup size was disbelief and she proceeded to treat me like I was an ignoramous with no idea of my own body size and someone who had never been fitted correctly before. To the contrary, I was a long time customer of Big Girls Don't Cry--a lingerie store located in Virginia on the northside of Brisbane sadly, they shut down recently. They employed many professional bra fitters and I was correctly fitted many times. I tried on several bras while at this Bendon outlet. During which time, the employee returned continually to the change room and each time asked if I needed help with fitting. I politely declined. She continued to ask every few minutes. I grew tired of her persistence which felt like harrassment at this point. I politely informed her that I was not comfortable with her coming into the change room. I left the store sooner than I planned with no desire to purchase due to the negative customer service experience. As I left the change room for the final time, the employee asked me how I'd gone with the final 3 bras I had tried on. I informed her they didn't fit. To which she responded with attitude and sarcasm. I am very sorry to say I will not be a return customer to any Bendon outlet in future.
They don’t answer their phone and you wouldn’t drive there as stock and pricing is hit & miss.
