I am undertaking a large renovation and need some assistance to map out a complete lighting plan for this property and as I reside interstate I requested a site visit on a weekend. Only in Brisbane for the weekend.  Despite the likleyhood of Beacon Lighting Jindalee getting a substantial order for light fiitings and ceiling fans Beacon lighting were not interested. In this day and age of spirited competition, walking away from a substantial order because a site visit was not possible due to company policy simply blows me away. I wish I could afford to walk away from large orders in my business and still be profitable and maintain a good customer service reputation.
