I dropped my iphone 7 into soapy water. Apple said there was nothing they could do to fix it. We took it to Pimp My Gadget and was immediately told the phone was slightly bent and that was how the water got in. We left the phone with them for a few days and the phone was working perfectly, exactly like before the accident. The staff were all friendly and the prices are great too. Highly recommend.

Don't get them to do work on a Samsung S7. I went in to get my Samsung screen replaced. The front screen was replaced and the back screen cracked even further. Rather than replacing this as well I was given the phone back. Requested the back cover also be replaced. This was done in what seamed a begrudgingly manner. I felt like the techs were dealing with me as a difficult customer, when this is their core business. I was willing to pay for all services. Got the phone back with poorly replaced cover. Returned to their DFO Airport store the following weekend for further gluing, its still coming off and as a result broken again.

Excellent, very helpful as they went out of their way to fix my phone battery and all within 40 minutes. I will certainly recommend these guys! Plus the parking is convenient and free - what a bonus!
