Hi had a fault with screen they had replaced and had to get it fixed elsewhere because of my location. They gave a full refund even tho I voided warranty. I appreciate them being so professional

Please do not waste $99 on a new screen at Caseme they use cheap materials and it was a dodgy job. My screen started coming undone almost two weeks after they put a new screen on my Iphone. so much so that the home button fell out. I was too busy to go in to have them fix it again. After two weeks I dropped my phone off my desk at work and it smashed beyond even being able to make a call. I'd had this phone for about 3 years and dropped it many times and it never cracked landing on carpet. With a Caseme screen it lasted a month... and was never right from the beginning!!! I am a very unhappy customer. All that was offered was that I pay another $99 to repair it. Badly repaired. Do not waste your time.

This place is a waste of time. I bought my phone screen here on two separate occasions. I had not broken my phone screen for several years so when I did finally break it I jumped on google and found this place. At first I thought they were awesome. Just took the phone in and within an hour it was fixed. I was stoked on the efficiency of the repair and was just happy to have my phone working again. I was so happy to have it back I didn't really pay attention that the screen was not locked into the phone correctly and was popping out of the corner. When I went to push this last corner in the whole screen broke.

I thought to my self "lucky I found case me the other day". So I took my phone in again to get repaired not really thinking about the factors that caused this situation. The main factor being that if Case Me had installed my phone screen correctly I would not have broken it trying to fix it.. When I got my phone back the 2nd time it was pretty much the same situation as before. Screen didn't fit in the phone and all that. I didn't do anything about it again this time. This situation could have been avoided if I had used another phone repair company. Someone who would do the job they are paid to do correctly.
