Tried calling the store multiple times throughout the week and not once did anyone answer. Once I booked an appointment and went into the store I was greeted with the best customer service by multiple team members. They were fast and efficient, very friendly, made good conversation and gave the best advice as it was my first time signing up to my own mobile plan. There was a man who had only been working there for 6 days and believe me when I say you would never imagine that. I was shocked. Another female team member was supervising and she is the definition of a professional in her industry. Would not recommend calling but most certainly would recommend going in store to be greeted with the best of the best
Telstra Mt Ommaney is hopeless. Can’t even take a payment for a bill that was paid there last month. Rude and arrogant will be reporting the handling of my account the the ombudsman been going on for the pays two years. The rude staff should be sacked as well as the manager. Do not go to this store.
We went to the store on Sunday 15th and found "Aaliyah" to be rude, unhelpful & unprofessional. This spoilt the otherwise good experience we had with two consultants on that day.
The poor service reviews are spot on. I’m happy to wait until a team member has finished serving the current customer, but there were plenty of opportunities to at least acknowledge our existence in the 45 minutes we waited. But no one even made eye contact, let alone assured us that we will be served in x amount of time. Turns out they assumed we were in the queue, which we weren’t, so there was no chance of us getting served today. If I hadn’t have spoken up we would have been left waiting for who knows how long. No surprises really given the other levels of customer service that Telstra offer online and over the phone.
Was porting a number from Vodafone onto an existing Telstra plan. Came up with a plan rework that minimally increased the overall bill and added a new number and increased the data limit.
I was quite happy with the service I got today, which seems to be at odds with that received back in the past. I got registered to wait for an appointment in the following hour, but the store manager sought me out in the mall after about 20 minutes. Best of all she hooked me up with one of the most efficient and cooperative people I've come across in the Telstra system ever. Her name is Pooja, and she knows her stuff. I had walked in steaming because Telstra HQ had hoisted the price of two of my business data SIMS by enormous amount. In 10 minutes she had guided me into a very affordable solution, and all very pleasantly done. I left happy, which is the first time I've ever done that from a Telstra outlet. Good work from them.
Mitch was super helpful and friendly! He got all of our issues sorted with a smile. 10/10 would visit again.
Terrible to deal with. They don't return calls and forget appointments. Very poor service from our largest Telco.
Adrian was helpful and answered my questions, unfortunately unable to purchase an item due to the hardware to make a payment refused to co-operate.
Not impressed with telstra mount ommaney the wait time is absolutely ridiculous and on top of that yous belittled me and alienated me I think you should fire alot of these staff members honestly
