I needed laptop repairs as my laptop was overheating and I wasn't sure where I would be able to find a reliable provider in Brisbane. Spoke with FTC about the urgency and they were able to get it back to me fast. They did a great job, the laptop is running very smoothly, it's quiet again like when I first bought it and no longer hot to the touch after minutes of running. Very affordable pricing, probably too cheap really. It's not often you pay for something and feel like you should of had to pay more.

Terrible place. My monitor kept blacking out and bought it in for repairs. Waited two days.  They said they took it apart, saw nothing wrong with the parts and they said it was running smoothly for them the whole time.  They charged me $60 and I took it home and still found the problem persisted with the screen blacking out.  Opened the case up my self and the inside of the PC hadn't even been dusted. Took it to my friend and discovered that the problem was with the CPU paste.  He air compressed it himself and added new paste to CPU and the problem was fixed.  Extremely upset that I was lied too. You could've at least cleaned the dust. Never going there again. Would give it 0 stars if that was an option.

They certainly get a lot of things wrong and i have to take the PC back 3 and 4 times for them to finally get it right. Don't trust them with Apple products as they really do not have a clue. They tried to fix my sons mac book. Charged me nicely and i had to finally take it to Apple who fixed it properly and said these guys are clowns, and should not touch Apple equipment, as they stuffed it up.

I Highly recommend Steve and FTC Computers middle park. They fixed my high end laptop when the solid state hard drive. Were great at communicating all aspects of the project and I have a working laptop again, yay!

I did the introduction to 3d printing 2hour session. Its was a quick run through of everything. Its was a very simple overview but covered well everything from drawing a concept right through to the 3d mold production. Fantastic job.

We took 2 computers here and both times we had to chase them up to find out what’s going on. The second computer after chasing them up, we were told to back up the computer with an external hard drive because they could do nothing to fix it after telling them we believe it was the LCD screen.  Then after feeling disappointed we took it to a guy we used in the past to get his opinion because we didn’t have the money to buy a new laptop and surprise he straightway said it was the LCD and fixed in 15 minutes!  I hate writing negative reviews, but this is not acceptable...

Needed a new charger for my laptop which they had to order it in as it was not one they had in stock.  The service was excellent - friendly and professional.   Definitely recommend them.

My sons computer was really slow, needed the hard drive replaced. Great friendly service, in a quick turn around. I will be back again.

The guys there are super helpful, super quick and completely transparent in what services they will be performing.  Highly recommend.
