This place always has really good service and usually has everything in stock. The staff are very friendly and I always feel comfortable in the store.

I like this Officeworks location because they've got more tills/registers than some of their other stores. Staff are generally friendly, too. Parking/access is the one main challenge, so plan ahead a bit. If you're heading east on the Ipswich Motorway from Ipswich or the W. Freeway, take the Oxley Rd./Blunder Rd. exit -- you'll see Bunnings over to the right in the distance,  the overpass/roundabout in front of you, and bear left off the slip-road to turn into Officeworks and The Ox Hotel...if you overshoot, turn left onto Oxley Rd. at the roundabout and then quick left into The Ox's other entrance.  Heading west on Ipswich Rd. from Granard Rd./Rocklea; or north/south on Blunder/Oxley Rd., take the Bunnings/Ox Hotel roundabout and head north on Oxley Rd. about 10 metres, then turn left into The Ox parking lot, which leads around to Officeworks.  Sorry, lots of info but it was confusing the first few times I went.

I phoned today and was very lucky to have CHRIS one of the team assist me. He was so patient, So helpful, incredible knowledge about the computer software and subscriptions. I was served by Chris yesterday. I needed a printer. He showed me the best printer for me. Sadly they were out of stock. He looked up other stores who had the printer then phoned them, stayed on the line until the confirmed that they had one in stock and got it put away for me. Great customer service Chris - thanks.

Hey Gang, visited this store on multiple occasions and have each time been met with a smile and a welcoming sensation by a lovely young chap by the name of Caleb I think. He was welcoming and warm and made my officeworks experience worth while. I wish upon everyone that they are able to be served by this wonderful strapping young bloke :.

Judy and Bridie were wonderful deal with, they both showed excellent customer service with a smile on their face. It was quite busy in store as I went in the evening, but they both were able to assist me with printing and other needs. Thanks again to the awesome team

I had to print a pull up banner as a last minute emergencygot to know about it on Saturday and needed it by Sunday morning Called many places but no one was available, understandable as it being a weekend and all. I had just lost all hope when I called Officeworks Oxley and Irene agreed to do it for me in three hours. Such a wonderful Lady. Such wonderful service, True to their word, my banner was ready to collect after three hours. Couldn't be more happier with their service. Thanks you so much Irene. You are a lifesaver.

I went into Officeworks in Oxley on the 23rd December2022 as I had to get some images printed for a Christmas gift. Having no idea how to use their latest printing machines I needed assistance. You can imagine it was extremely busy yet young ‘Jack’ the staff member there was amazing. Nothing was to hard, no matter what all he wanted to do was assist me and get the done. So helpful, knowledgeable and fantastic customer service is all I have to say. When entering the store I thought omg how am I going to do this, Jack thank you so much for all your help, guidance and support, what a great experience. An absolute asset to Officeworks is young Jack there in Oxley. Rennie

Worst experience you can possibly have trying to print photos on the Fuji self serve kiosks. These machines are infuriatingly slow and outdated. Wireless photo transfer doesn’t work at all. I tried all the machines, using latest IPhone 14 pro. Connecting your phone to the machine is super dodgy it will go through all your photos. It found some of the photos I wanted to print… seemed promising.. couldn’t find the others in a different album. Explored the on screen options to browse essentially and the whole machine locked up and did not recover. I left and didn’t get to print my photos. I mean seriously.. in todays capabilities a raspberry pi would perform better. How do we not have an airdrop capability to only share the photos we want to print on the machine. Total dated garbage. Keep up.

Yesterday I called Oxley Office works and spoke to Hazel in the printing department. I needed to get an artwork printed to gift over the weekend. As we went through the online system to book the job in, the ETA was Monday the 17th, which was too late for me.  In a panic, called the store to see if there was a opportunity to have it printed earlier.  Hazel explained that they were down to 1 machine with a big backlog of large format printing.  Since my job was only 1 sheet,  she kindly offered it to be printed earlier. I just wanted to thank Hazel for your wonderful customer service and you really exceeded my expectations by having the job completed same day.  I have frequented the store for MANY printing jobs over the past 15 years and this was 1 of the few times interactions that i have dealt with staff in such a pleasant way. Thank you Hazel.
