Waited for quite a while only to be told they can’t find any. Customers would benefit from an explanation around what stock is available in store or perhaps a small discount on other items they are purchasing if there is a misalignment of what’s actually available versus what’s reported as available.nnRating is reflective of the store only, have no problem with the brand

Had Casey help with  some printing . She was so helpful and was very happy to help me at a late time of the evening. Casey knows how to look after the customer. Thankyou Casey

All I wanted to do was print a few photos in the self serve section and it was a terrible experience.nNo receipts where being printed from the photo machine so I could scan it to have my photos actually printed.nLined up to ask staff for help and the staff members helping people at the left side of the counter where do unbelievably show.nSpent almost 20 min with one customer and she ended up paying $2 for her 4 bits of paper.nAnd there where 3 more customers Infront of me.nIt seriously started to take so long I went to find another staff member in the isles because I didn't have all day to wait.nnHe finally helped me and was very nice but one the photos where printed, no slips to put them in.nThe wait happened all over again.nnI also needed a photo frame and some basic scrap booking stuff and it wasn't in stock.nnThe quality of the photos printed are very bad.nnIm now on my way to Kmart and will go there in future.nnOffice works used to be good but now it's just a stressful place to go

Such a convenient location and everything in one spot!nUnfortunately, I have experienced very rude customer service at this store, which detracts from the otherwise pleasant experience of shopping here.
