Went into Oxley store, dealt with Kylie. Excellent service and help. Great value and great selection. At warehouse collection in Rochdale Lionel was exceptional, helping with my unannounced change from delivery to collection. All round very good customer service. Thank you.
The customer service here was an absolute godsend.nI just moved out of home for the first time and have been absolutely overwhelmed with buying a new mattress. The staff here listened to all of my needs and directed me towards the perfect mattress. All of the staff also gave me a ton of advice on transporting the mattress making the process so much easier. We contact customer service ask replace a similar sofa.nnOne month is already gone.nno repair no replaced. Nobody care about client !
