Been our local for 6 years. We have visited around 100 times and have always found the staff to be smiley and willing to assist. Some of these reviews are quite surprising! You get back how you treat others which may be the issue with some of these people. Didn’t get greeted at the door? Get over it and yourself for goodness sake...

Another massive Bunnings. Would have to say its largest garden section I have seen at any Bunnings. The service and staff were very friendly and there was a huge selection of plants. Other areas were just a normal Bunnings. Happy they had a public restroom as well that was good. Like most Bunnings the parking is great but can be really busy on weekends. Highly recommend this Bunnings for anyone chasing a lot of plants or gardening advice and products.

All the staff we dealt with were exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with. Even when we list the register ticket for some off the roll products they were really good to deal with. It's a huge store and seems to have everything you could want while the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. A great store.

Am most concerned about unfriendly staff. Every other bunnings store I have been too staff were very friendly. This store which I visited this afternoon not only did the they not greet us as we were looking for a whipper snipper. There were no staff in the aisles. We were leaving the store when a nasty looking woman asked to check our bags. My bag is very small. Was in disbelief to the question but let her look. Very upset at being the only people asked when exiting the store. Definitely will not be returning. Will call store manager on Monday. Very upset.

One of your younger staff members, Josh, very kindly offered to load the bags of salt we had just bought into our car for us. Since we are of a more mature age, this was very much appreciated, and he did this very willingly and in very good humour in yesterday's heat.
