The Staff extremely helpful and Service second to none. Recently had to purchase roof harness items for workplace health and safety requirements and needed assistance with the best options and products available for the roofing industry. Staff were great - professional - friendly and very informative. Pricing is also comparable with other products available in the market. Would definitely recommend Atoms Rocklea to anyone shopping around or looking to change their industrial hardware supplier.

Do not bother doing business with Atom. They will happily quote you one price over the phone and then change it on you when you go to make a purchase. Furthermore, the lack of understanding of what exactly the issue is - (i wanted to purchase a carton and was informed that the store only had 30 in stock, thus there was only 30 available for me to purchase - of course when quoting, your staff failed to mention that if I wished to actually purchase what you had in stock you would charge me more for them - retarded), - is exemplified below by the owner and serves as an accurate representation of what you can expect from their customer service. shame.
