RIP-OFF GALORE! Don’t waste your time with this business, grossly overpricing items is their business model. If 0 stars were an option that’s what this business deserves. Charged $14 for a standard torx key when Bunnings down the road sell a whole set which included the one required for less than $10. When a complaint was made, the service staff were unfriendly and antagonising. Once you speak to the owner, who was blatantly rude and was thick skinned enough to call the complaint silly and question the integrity of a customer, the conduct of the service staff was of no surprise. If you think this business has overpriced a product, they likely have and are trying to squeeze every cent they can get out of you. If an item is cheaper than the major retailers, that’s because the business has no goodwill, skimps on customer satisfaction and give no regard once they get a hold of your money. You would be better off going to a major retailer and paying a little extra for a better service both before and after sale.
