Had an excellent experience with Stratco Archerfield. Rong provided outstanding service from start to finish — very helpful and professional. I was able to get my shed ordered and the build completed without any hassle. Really impressed with how smooth everything went. Highly recommend!
Just ordered my shed and carport, really happy with the whole process. Rong is fantastic, friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Over past five weeks I troubled her many times to finalise a design that meet my needs and she made it all work. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend!
Wanted to buy the wide two space bike rack 2 pack that Stratco has on special in their latest catalogue, priced at $69.00, however no stores have stock. On further investigation I see they have stock of the single pack priced at $48.99. This I can get two for the total price of $97.98. This just seems like plain old dirty tactics. It will appear that their sale price is a myth. If not who on earth can’t you sell the two singles at the sale price of $69.00??? Needless to say I won’t be bothering with them now at all!!
Never again will I use StratconRang up in January and requested a quote for a few gates. 5 months I waited for the fence panels to be delivered. Stratco and the supplier both claimed they lost my order. Fence was finally installed, but it was manufactured back to front. All in all this process has taken 7 months and the fence is still incomplete. I've tried ringing, texting and emailing. No one gets back to me, im currently out of pocket $3000 with an unfinished fence. Will it ever be complete?
Excellent Products and excellent quick service we will 100% use Stratco again thanks to everyone for service to warehouse staff at the Archerfield store LEGENDS
