Terrible customer service. Was buying pavers and were sorting out the broken and damaged tiles before loading onto the trailer. Was told by a sales representative there named Chris that im to take the broken damaged tiles cause apparently they lose on money by letting us get the good ones and leaving broken ones. Also was told that he didn't even want to sell it.

I tried to buy seconds/commercials pavers from Apollo. There was a severely beaten paver on the top of the stack (all four corners had been broken off). I asked if I could reject any pavers that were in such bad condition. The rude staff member said "I'm not playing this game with you" and stomped off. Very disappointed in your service. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Great experience. Good customer service. My driveway had washed away in the flood. I had no idea how to fix it. One of the guys recommended road base with a bit of cement to hold it in place. Then figured out for the amount I needed it would be cheaper to buy loose than in bags. They delivered it within two hours. Could not be happier.

I was recommended to use Apollo for blocks to build a retaining wall. Tony couldnt of been more helpful, he helped plan and organise quantities. Delivery was prompt and reasonable price with great quality. Will definitely use Apollo again in future.

I bought from Apollo some garden mix, pine bark and 3 rolls of plastic films to water proof the sleepers I had. the total purchase is more than $400. I only used 2 rolls. this morning I took the remaining roll back for a refund. I was told that there is no refund. they can only give me a credit note. If I had purchased the plastic rolls from Bunnings or Mitre 10, I am sure I can get a refund. thumbs down.
