After a trip to Browns Plains for a supposed in stock 3T trolley jack and a half hearted look around by a staff member to be told nah sorry 2 in stock apparently, I called the Archerfield store and got Leon on the phone. This guy physically checked for stock instead of being planted at the counter, and verified he indeed had it in front of his eyes. Bought a Renegade floor fan as well, which was all ready to go on a trolley when I got there.nThis is customer service, with a smile, a laugh and good cheer, thank you Leon. I'll drive the extra to shop here instead of Browns Plains from now on. Well done mate.
Bought an electric garden pack from these guys, one out of two batteries was dead. I returned 2 hrs later to get a replacement, and they logged a warranty report instead. No time frame given for the battery to be repaired. When asked if I could get a replacement, they said they had no batteries to give. Their customer service is shocking, save the risk and buy your equipment from Bunnings. Say what you want about Bunnings, but they replace their faulty items then and there, like they should. Trade Tools pass the inconvenience onto the paying consumer, while they profit from the sale of a faulty item. This is not the first review about this type of poor service, and highly doubt it will be the last. ***AVOID THESE GUYS***
Crap after sales service. I Purchased a Milwaukee bluetooth/dab radio that had a scratchy vibration in the sound from day one and took it back as it sounded like it was getting worse. They want to send it off to get looked at as a warranty claim.. it's not even 2 weeks old and never seen a job site. Just replace the damn thing!nnUpdate.nThanks for the replacement, 50% gift voucher and Apologies accepted . The staff were great as usual i think the return policy might need a review and dont let a manufacturer dictate this.nI have also changed my 1 star to a 4 star as a result. Thanks

Tried to return an item because it didn't work like intended and got refused and called a liar and thief for trying to get a refund. Emailed them to explain and nothing come of it. Won't be coming back here. Bad service.
