Absolute 5 out of 5 customer experience! I would definitely recommend doing business with these guys, in fact I have to all of my colleagues, friends and family.  From the ease of purchasing, through to their immediate response to replace a faulty part in a short turnaround time, even though I am located interstate was exceptional.  One transaction - One outcome - One extremely loyal customer.

Bought a set of Campboss tyre deflators from Great Escape Camping via their eBay store and couldn’t be happier!  The team was always courteous and quick to respond. The kit was meant to reach me in a week QLD to WA but AusPost misplaced it somewhere along the way. So I reached out to Great Escape and they sent me a replacement via priority post and I received it in 3 days.  Also worth mentioning is that this is out of stock most places across the country, so very happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Purchased tent and stretchers online from these guys and when I saw the courier company delivering my items was not so efficient in my area, I contacted Great Escape as I was worried they will never turn up at my place, and Connor went over and beyond to assist in my concerns. He managed to get the items back to their shop and resent with a more reliable courier.  I then received my items within a few days. I can not speak highly enough of the customer service the guys at Great Escape Camping give and will definitely be purchasing from these guys again A+

Had a small issue with the courier not delivering my item, these guys handled it VERY quickly and had what i ordered the next day, not if, buts or maybes a credit to them and their customer service. Price was the cheapest around also.  will buy again for sure

Anyone can sell you something. After sales is where you find out what kind of company you are dealing with. Had an issue with a tent under warranty, no hassles had the issue resolved and a new replacement part sent out. Thanks for the great service.

While we’re not a customer of this business, we’ve been working with them in a professional capacity managing their digital marketing since late 2018.  Marcus, owner & manager of Great Escape Camping, has been a pleasure to work with during this time, he has a wealth of product knowledge which has proved invaluable in improving his marketing program, communication has been excellent and his expectations clear, he’s always quick to respond when we require his input and is receptive to any recommendations made.  He is also excellent at going the extra mile when we require anything from him to supplement our efforts improving his online presence, e.g. writing more site content, providing product information etc. Clients like Marcus are a B2B client dream to work with and we cannot praise him enough for his professionalism and thank him for the trust he places in us.

Decided to travel here on the advice of a friend as I wanted to buy a particular Coleman Tent. The store is well laid out and the staff are very helpful and really friendly. After a good chat regarding the tent, setup, pegging, and other camping advice I purchased the tent and left a happy customer. I think the tent will be great, but if I do have problems with it, Great Escape strikes me as the sort of place that will gladly help you rectify any issues and get you on your way again.

Not as helpulf as I would have expected. Whilst they organised  replacement poles for my tent when they broke they would not fit them despite my offer and preference to pay to have the job done to completion. I ended up doing myself in about 1hr and can't understand why they wouldn't have charged me $150 and had me a happy customer and easy money for the business as I'm sure it took me 3 time longer as a novice. The story about voiding warranty or something made no sense especially considering the tent was out of warranty and I made it clear I was happy to pay for the repairs when I dropped it off. I guess they're just not a repair business for the tents they sell despite them fixing it to completion for me once before when the tent was under warranty. These type of experiences make me not want to go back especially considering I travelled from the Sunshine coast to get the work done and waited approx 3 months for the poles to arrive and then learn they weren't going to finishing the job for me.

Just wanted to share my thanks and encourage people to grab all there camping necessities through The Great Escape Camping Shop in Coopers Plains.  I had gone in to the store with no camping gear what so ever, had a chat to Marcus about everything that i had in mind and what i wanted.  Marcus went the extra mile and explained most of the products benefits and flaws through his personal experiences and shared other alternatives to educate my purchases....  All this aside I bought $2000 worth of stuff. Tent, Bedding, Mattresses, Sleeping Bags, Lighting etc.  After last weekends trip, I have to say the gear i got was nothing short of excellent, They folded away easily, they all appeared/felt very durable AND COMFORTABLE!  That said, This shop has it all. Experienced Staff, Great Durable Products & What we all want LOW PRICES!  Thanks again Marcus!  Regards Pete Very Happy Camper

We needed an Outdoor Connections 4 LED light kit, which was not something they usually sold.  Marcus ordered the kit and we got a call the next day to say it had arrived.  Marcus even offered to courier it to us for no extra cost.  Two other camping stores who had the stock on their website weren't interested in ordering it in for us.  Thanks so much for the A+ service.
