We have had fantastic service from Thi and Sunil - they were great, friendly and extremely helpful - they helped us pick the perfect mattress, ensemble and pillows and they also gave us an amazing deal which lets be honest is the most important thing we highly recommend them to anyone!!
Helpful and friendly staff. Large store with variety of bed and mattresses to suit your needs. Ample parking space at the front or basement.
Thi, who has been working with many customers in hospitals as well as disability and care sectors, knew what questions to ask, and provided a very friendly, personal, tailored service when we went to look for a mattress for our daughter. She closely checked the posture of my daughter as she tried a few mattresses and recommended the correct firmness for her. Thank you for your passion for what you do. It was a great customer service experience.
I thought buying a new mattress would be boring and stressful but Thi at Oxley Sleepys made it an awesome experience!! Thi was super helpful, very knowledgeable and made the transaction of finding the perfect mattress for us fun. We even got an awesome deal AND they delivered it that afternoon, now that is service you don't get often. Thanks Thi for all your help, can't wait for the amazing sleep tonight
Don't believe everything you read, Reviews can be bought! Absolutely terrible experience. Purchased new mattress and was delivered floor stock, also faulty. 60 days comfort warranty is a joke because no matter what scenario you'll be out of pocket at least a couple of hundreds. Any other warranties you can forget about! No matter what your complaint they will always blame it on "comfort" without even asking qualifying questions, let alone actually inspecting the mattress. Don't believe a genuine and honest review? No problem, go and get ripped off Yourself!
Sunil was absolutely amazing and we had such a positive experience! He helped explain all the different types of mattresses available and helped choose the best one in our price range. Would absolutely recommend Sleepy's to anyone for great customer service, pricing and same day delivery! Thank you Sleepy's!
Barry was very patient and helpful. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Barry entertained our granddaughter Willow by letting her push the buttons on the adjustable bed as we were trying it out. Our bed is being delivered the next day.

Incredible customer service. My sleep expert was Nicole, and there was another staff member there who's name I couldn't catch but they were both fantastic. Professional, made me feel comfortable and managed to organise same-day delivery 20 minutes before their closing time. Absolute superstars, and the mattress is incredible comfy too. I got one of the value range mattresses, and it is so comfortable I could have gone to sleep while I tried it out in store. Truly an incredible experience all the way from start to finish, could not recommend them more, 6/5.
I bought this mattress in 2017, after a couple years it devolved a dipping and sagging on one side, it was repaired and fixed in 2019 but only lasted 6 months before it started doing it again, we just put up with it for another 12 months or so before contacting sleepys again. This time around which was actually late 2020 they had it sent away again same issue only for them to tell us they could not find a issue or fault with the mattress.... the delivery driver that dropped it off shook his head and was in disbelief they couldn't find a fault as it is very clear something is wrong. I bought this matress hoping to get a good 10 years out of it, I only got 2 good years and have had troubles ever since, now I am not getting emails back and feel like I am being ignored, I spent alot of hard earned money and I am a very disappointed customer who has still not been looked after. If you look into forums and blogs there are alot of people like me out there who get stonewalled. All the staff have been helpful, kind and easy to deal with, it's when this goes to the "warranty team" that this all goes down hill. My wife has just had our first child and the pregnancy was not fun on this mattress
