BAD GUYS. I bought a laptop 2 month ago for my son with three year concierge gold service warranty $95 extra top of the product price. I got told if any problem to laptop will swap on the spot. Since bought laptop son was complaining it was slow but I never pay attention due to busy scheduled. Then I checked it was slow so took to the store. Before even checking laptop they ( I used They because you have to deal with 2 or more person at the same time) start telling you arrogantly it is all your fault, asking all stupid questions & software is not covered only hardware is covered etc.. After checking found issue still they don't swap or pay you then they try to fix it or tell you to go to the manufacturer. Then they try to restore it manufacturer settings. Then tell to go home, never give feedback whats going on. If you call try to avoid you. I spend whole day to solve the issue. Moral - Extra $95 is worthless, They don't swap or pay on the spot. 110% they try to fix same faulty product & hand over to you.

Avoid at any cost...!!! I bought a lap top in April 2017 with 3 year gold concierge service paying $139 on top of the laptop price. When I bought it they said, in the first year, if something goes wrong, they will give me the options either to pay my money back or replace the laptop. From the second year onwards Concierge will be used, and if repair takes more than 4 weeks, they will pay the amount I have paid or replace if similar products are available. My laptop started to get very slow despite the specs (3.4 GHz, quad core, 12 GB RAM, 2GB VGA). It takes ages to load the welcome screen and even more to open files. So sometimes I had to wait about 20s just to open a word file. So I called Concierge in September 2017 and asked to take it to the store. Once I get there store said its an issue with software and mainly because 'Time zone' is not correct. Then they have changed it and said it was fixed. It was still slow but I had to move on as they said its related to software and I could not revisit their store due to bust schedule. Recently the screen started to wobble and give false colours. So I called Concierge again. After waiting more than 20 minutes I have managed to speak to a customer care member. I have successfully made a complaint and they said it might take up to 4 weeks to fix it and they cannot swap or pay me, they can only repair. If it is not manufacturer fault I have to pay for the labour and parts. This laptop was faulty from the beginning, and sales person mislead me at time of purchase. They are not genuine, avoid buying from them at any cost. Their Concierge is a rip off! POOR SERVICE!

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed honest in recommending a lower cost but better performing item. Very easy to get price match, but difficult to extract further discounts. Good range on the floor and staff at the loading door were great helping to fit everything in my car. I'd go back to purchase major electrical and electronic goods.

Great Store. Good range of products. Always got good service when in store. Bought lots of products over the years - no complaints.

Shopped here a couple of times just as a click and collect location. They have always been fast to serve me. Prices on their website can be good. Can’t really say about the in-store prices.
