General Comments Love the new music room. store is good Staff are helpful. Service 8/10 (Service refers to the helpfulness of staff. Entry staff to food service through to cleaning service). Facilities 9/10 (Are the facilities modern and up to date. Cleanliness around walking areas eating areas and toilet areas). Product Range 8/10 (Does the store carry a good range of core product? E.g. Electronics store has good of T.V.) Speed and Accuracy 9/10 (What is the wait time to process payment? Was the product info given accurate or a pitch?)

Happy, helpful and price matched. The games department was very knowledgeable and did a great job recommending a few games to match our description. Also told us what games to stay away from. Really great service!

Awesome service at purchase and with warranty claims (brand new fridge leaking water - arrggh). They could have sent me though the painful manufacturer repair process, but instead came to the party with a super quick and super helpful outcome.  If I could hug them I would :)  Very genuine service from the Manager (sorry mate, I forgot your name) and Raj.

Definitely one of the better JB Hi-fi stores. The range was excellent and the staff were really helpful. Brendan provided some great advice on which car stereo to buy out of several I had under consideration based on what was most important to me. He also made sure I had all the adapters and cables necessary to do the installation myself.
