Very poor service, fitted bolts that were too long, fitted bullbars of the wrong colour, didn't fit parts that were ordered and charged extra on top of previously quoted price. Whatever happened to old fashioned customer service? It's a shame this franchise is letting down such a good brand.

I have had nothing but fabulous service at ARB CP. Great friendly team with a wealth of knowledge but I am mostly impressed with their customer service. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you

Shopped with them on several occasions and every time the staff have been very helpful, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Phoned to enquire about a winch to fit my Prado after getting advice from a Toyota dealer Service Manager on specs. I asked to talk to 'someone who knew about winches and fitment to Prados', ARB woman then proceeded to contradict what Toyota Service Manager had advised me (& what I had separately researched and found to be true). Goodbye ARB Coopers Plains, if it's a toss up between the opinions of a Toyota Service Manager and an ARB Sales Rep, there's no contest; there are plenty of other After Market 4WD businesses who will listen first to the customer before telling them what (they think) is fact. I agree with another poster - staff at the franchise are arrogant. Reply to Owner's Response: I am already aware that ARB does not have the winch cradle - it's a discontinued Toyota part/accessory (however I'm arranging to get a cradle fabricated, thanks to guidance from the Toyota dealer). What I was seeking was assistance with a winch to fit the cradle (& between the alloy bulbar and chassis), as I know a number of winches will (& will not) fit this space. My gripe was that the ARB Sales rep didn't give me the opportunity to get this far, simply insisting that 'a winch can't be fitted to an alloy bar', which in most cases, except the Prado Soverign bar/chassis cradle situation, is true. I'll still shop around, other than ARB CP ........... But wait!! On the same day, but after I posted this review, "Rachel Frame" gushs in her post about the superlative customer service from ARB, CP!!! Brill! Curious though that the all-knowing ARB rep I initially spoke to introduced herself as Rachel ...... curious coincidence!! ARB CP skewing its Google reviews, sad really.

This store is a 4x4 accessories institution. Had numerous vehicles fitted out over the years and always received great service!
