Bought my first machine from these guys, online ordering was easy and I had no trouble picking up the machine itself. The quality of the products are okay, but the customer service is excellent. They're happy to help in any way; give advice, replace parts, etc. Overall I'd only recommend the products for hobby work/home shop machining but otherwise they are great!
