Went and ordered a product. Said they be in the next day and that they’d call. Didn’t hear from them two days later so I called. Said they’d call back with an update. No update. Called a few days later and they tell me the product is discontinued. Very unprofessional imo.

I got a snorkel installed by these guys, all was going well until recently when the snorkel started squeaking cause one of the rivets came loose. They claimed that it couldn't be warranted cause it could have been damaged by a tree branch, unlikely but it's been on for three years so I wasn't expecting a warranty repair. Got a quote to repair, 300 dollars! Got it repaired in Melbourne on our way interstate for a third of the price. Here is where my one star review comes in. When it was being repaired, we pulled it apart only to find that apart from the holes not having the burr removed, and not painted to prevent rust, the snorkel was not sealed sufficiently with silicone, and was therefore not watertight!!! That's what you get a snorkel for! To prevent water ingress...

Rebecca and the guys were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the team in the workshop did a good job. Most important, when things didn't go to plan they handled it well, kept me informed, and made sure I ended up with the fitout I wanted. If there was any room left to add stuff to my ute, I'd get it done at TJM Coopers Plains.
