Excellent service. I struggled to install a store item on my car today, and an employee happily did it for me for free in their car park. I was certain it wasn't going to fit but the employee managed to fit it perfectly within a minute.
Just lost me as a customer, Asked to do a Zip payment the guy didn't seem very motivated or interested in being there .He couldn't log on to Zip so he rang the manager and had a conversation about how trying to log on ,heard the guy say I will try logging on that way and hung up the phone and said to me sorry I can't log in . He was not interested in even trying . So won't be back again.
Two great experiences with the team today. First trip to pick up an online order Second trip to pick up some extra bulbs to complete an LED conversion. The team were really helpful and friendly, it was like a bike shop atmosphere but with car stuff

Went in looking for a very specific grease for new aftermarket bushes I was installing in my car. One of the staff members was highly knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I left with the correct grease rather than whatever was the easiest sell! Very happy with the service!
