Paul and the gang at Darra were great. Service was fast. Car drives really good. Loan cars available which was awesome. There's a nice cafe with great food right next door if you want to wait or they have a nice waiting area as well. Definitely recommend Westpoint Darra to all.

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. The work these guys pump out is so bad and the service manager is an absolute plum to deal with. By all means go here if you like having to go back 3 times for simple jobs to get completed properly and also if you like paying for things that don't even get done (until you find out and pull them up on it). Carley was pretty good to be fair but the place doesn't have much else going for it.

Absolutely disgraceful service and Zero customer satisfaction. Have had issues with the ever changing service team here. And have had to take my Santa Fe back twice and issue is still not complete. Because I own a boat that's why my relay is continually buzzing in the back of the car. Didn't actually ask if I tow the boat though which would be a little hard as it's 10mtrs long and 5 tonne. So this is why the Hyundai genuine plug is rust affected and not covered by warranty, however when the air conditioning was repaired under warranty 3 weeks ago, this is what is causing the relay to continuously buzz. So after waiting 2.5 hours in the lounge today I see my car outside in the car park and they forgot to tell me. Look at the photo of how it was given back to me. I honestly believe that something is going on around the service centre here and they are practising in some sort of price gouging and not completing the required process and documentation with the services. As long was told that my brakes needed to be done. However I reminded them that I had them replaced by the team their on the previous service, too which they quickly removed that section of the service report. I subsequently was told that the head mechanic and service manager were fired after this. Trouble is that nothing has changed.

Last few years I had horrible experiences but now it seems that they are turning it around, last two visits I noted that they have changed staff who are courteous, attentive and seems to know the subject.

Alright so I have to get my service done with these guys for warranty. But if I had a choice, there is no way I’d be going here. First thing is giving me a loan car with no fuel. Second, my car has been leaking water into the passenger floor. I bought this car with low kms and fairly new from Salters. I explained the issue. The first service, They told me nothing was wrong and I must’ve spilt something. Next service it was still happening, asked them to look again, they said they fixed it. Now this time it was getting ridiculous. Water is still pouring in and getting mouldy and my partner had to tare all the carpets up because the smell is horrendous. And that’s just the start. I checked how many kms the odometer was at and what they put and it was, was much under what I actually had on the car when I brought it in!!! Making me come in for a service much earlier than I need!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!! Will be taking my car to Springwood and see if they’re any better!
