Had SJK electrical fit an A/C unit to my mother’s “retreat” at her home in Acacia Ridge. Their quote for the job was good, their response time was good and the technicians were efficient, friendly and cleaned up as they went. Very happy, highly recommended.

Quick, reliable and flexible. Guys came a few days before Christmas at late notice smashed it out and gave me chocolate to enjoy in my freshly serviced air conditioned room. Lifesavers!

Requested a quote for Air-con re gas, due to leaking flange, informed office staff it was fixed by my electrician. Totally unhelpful. I was asked to provide evidence of fix. You think they can give you a estimate as SJK Electrician should make sure it no longer leaks. Office staff has no idea about Electrical services. Don't how they get positive review.

Poor customer service in regards to pricing. Had them come check out a fault with our ducted ac. When I made the booking I asked how much it would cost. I was told $99 for the first 1/2 hour and $99 for each additional hour charged in 15min increments. A technician and his apprentice came to have a look. They were here less than 1/2hr, told me I had a broken fan and they’d give me a quote to fix. Three days later I got their invoice in the mail for $160 which I didn’t understand as I assumed I would only need pay $99 for the 1/2hr, like I was told. After a bit of back and forth was told I also had to pay $90 per hour for the technician and $45 per hour for the apprentice. The numbers didn’t add up but by then I was tired of fighting with them so I just paid and got the job finished by another company. Just a bit annoyed their pricing wasn’t more transparent. If they had told me it was $160 and hour or for the call out fee there would be no issue. Edit: The company did contact me after the review and explained that they normally do disclosure their rates properly but this was missed with me and apologised. They also offered me a partial refund to match what I was expecting to pay based on what I was originally told which was nice.

SJK were very helpful when giving a quote on our electrical work, offering great suggestions. They were always prompt, and pleasant to deal with. When it came to the installation, they were happy to fine tune things to our satisfaction and went above and beyond.
