Exceptional personal, knowledgable. I had a breakdown on my boiler at 2:00 am lost production and called O'Brien an Australian based operator answered at 2:00 am managed to get all my details and Ben O'Brien Service Engineer was there in 45 mins. Great work Ben. First time user as I could not get hold of my usual boilerservice company.
Late by three days, kept promising , but not delivering. Then overcharged . Basically not nice people to deal with . Never again. Rip off
Sara has been very helpful. Is always efficient and easy to get onto over the phone
Promise the world , don't deliver. Basically difficult to deal with . Overcharged as well
