Sumner Rd Dan Murphys at MIddle Park/Sumner Park Worst roughest, pot-holed, unkempt carpark I have ever come across between Brisbane and Birdsville. This is not a new thing. This has seemed to me to be neglected for many years. I just won't go there if I have multiple bottles.... and especially to buy multiples of anything expensive. Getting to my car over this terrain with their trolleys is bad and risky enough. In my opinion, leaving and traversing the potholes that have been there for long periods, and perhaps ignored, is even worse. Be very careful or you might expect breakages before you get to your care or on the way out. Get your act together Dan Murphys. As some say, 'one complains hoping for change and reconciliation. 100 don't waste their time and don't come back'. You don't make much out of me, but I am done. Staff are awesome and extremely helpful. No complaint about cust service. I would rank you very high on that.
I drove from Bulimba to this store because another Dan M store advised this store was the only one that had a particular wine in stock. When I got there the next day every bottle had already been sold despite it still showing 12 bottles in stock. Let's hope next week's trip won't be another wasted trip. Apart from this the staff are lovely and helpful and the general choice of stock is excellent
My favourite DM store in all of Brisbane and Gold Coast: huge range, even stock the rarest and hard to find wine you can find nowhere else. Includes a tasting bar. Excellent discovery guide with detailed and elaborate information about the range DM offers.

They are what they say. customer service was quick and efficient. Have a large range, best spot to purchase the deadmans fingers range around centenary suburbs
Went in for some gin and got a first class service. Had a bit of a look, 2 employees asked if we needed help and gave us some pointers as we just started drinking gin. Then got a 3rd employee who had even more knowledge on the product to explain and recommend some options. Walked out with 2 bottles.

Was asked for I’d by a kid who was clearly bullied in highschool showed him a photo of my truck licence which you have to be 20 to obtain been coming here for 11 years
You can't ring them for stock enquiries. If they can't be bothered providing a service, I can't be bothered shopping there.
