I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent online order experience at your Kenmore branch. After waiting 2 1/2 hours for my delivery and enduring a lack of communication, I was given conflicting options, only to be denied pickup due to closing time.Despite my three-hour ordeal, the representative showed no empathy or flexibility. Even after requesting to speak with a manager, I was met with dismissiveness from the supervisor on duty, Row I expect better service and accountability from you and your establishment.
Staff did not serve my dad as I did not have my ID with me even though I was not the one purchasing the alcohol I'm 24 years old. They made him feel uncomfortable as if he was trying to give alcohol to a minor, he was very upset and disturbed about it. I do not agree with the law to force someone not to buy due to the second person not having ID who is of above 18, it is really is none of their business. I understand if I was the one purchasing, but I was waiting by the door.
Fabulous prompt service!! Second to none! Comparatively I’m still waiting on a delivery from Dan Murphy since Monday. The delivery driver Wonder was great.
Larger than usual bottle shop with a good selection of every type of booze. If you have flybuys, this is a good place to spend them.
The staff are really good, there was a young man who saw me park in a handicapped spot and that I was not walking right, when we got inside he asked what I was looking for, he told me to stay at the register and he went and got it for me then carried it to my car. Great customer service and good prices. They even match prices unlike BWS. Travelled 10k from where I live as BWS wouldn't match prices.
