I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note in November. Kept the phone in it's case 100% of the time. Picked it up off the kitchen bench one morning to look at the time, and the screen is cracked. I did not damage the phone in any way. I have been to two Samsung stores, and mailed the phone to them. They keep insisting it's not a product defect, and making up all these scenarios for how I could have damaged the phone. It's like they are trying to convince me how fragile their most expensive phone is! They keep basically calling me a liar, and won't even offer a reduction in repair costs or anything in good faith. Their "voice of the customer" staff should change their names. I've been buying Samsung phones for years, but this is definitely the last one. I am so furious with them for questioning my integrity and calling me a liar. I've worked in customer service for years myself, and this isn't how it's done.

Purchased a S8 through a third party retailer 2 months ago. Earphones started to play up with diminished volume. Replaced the earphones with an easy claim. Very happy.

Terrible service. Booked a session to fault find on my (new) Galaxy S7 which was running slow and wouldn't accept OS updates. 'Technician' simply wouldn't engage for me to explain the issues. Briefly discussed with his colleague in front of me, referring to me in third person, before bluntly informing me they could not help (despite not listening to or understanding the issues). Staff member then simply turned back to resume (unrelated) conversation with his colleague. 15 minute booking over in less than 2 mins. I'm not a fan of Apple for a variety of reasons, but grez their service is certainly a league ahead of this mob.
