Bought an iPhone from Harvey Norman wanted some help transfer the data to new phone. If I had bought the phone from Apple they would have helped me. Would touch it otherwise. Great service not.
Had to call this store today just to confirm an appointment. What an ugly experience! If not for the mature and responsible young fella who rectified my situation Craig, I would only be rating them 2 stars! A hostile young lady answered the phone refusing to provide a name when I politely asked her for it. She hung up on me - twice. In my earlier conversation with her, she blamed her colleagues for not doing their jobs properly. Oh dear! Do I sense an irresponsible, immature employee with no love or loyalty whatsoever for her job/employer? Don't be at work if you're having major issues controlling your temper and irritability! Apple has a following, customers who love their merchandise and who know they'll receive assistance when it's needed. No matter how bad one's day is going, taking it to the counters or the phones at your workplace does not justify bad behaviour. Thanks to all the staff at Apple Help Line and the GOOD people still at Chermside. As for this grotty person - go home. Don't work for Apple. You're giving them a bad name.
I would like to leave a positive review to the lady at the genius bar that helped me out today with my Magic Keyboard. While we were not able to repair my damaged unit, she was more than helpful in getting me sorted with a replacement unit. She was professional, friendly and had a good sense of humour. I left with a replacement keyboard and was very happy with the service I received today.
