Apple Chermside is a well-designed store with a clean and modern layout. It offers a wide range of Apple products, from iPhones to MacBooks, along with helpful staff for tech support and advice.

I would like to commend and thank Marjory for her exceptional service in handling a difficult customer request with such a positive attitude and delivering excellent results. I hope she receives well-deserved recognition from the company. I look forward to visiting the store again when the new machine is released in September. Thank you so much

I purchased a phone online from the Apple website. I received it and had some issues with setting it so decided to go to the Chermside store to get it looked at. The first guy was super nice he was like we will switch it out and give you a new one. The issue came with a female staff member asked to see my transactions I showed all the emails I had received and the texts from apple. She said these are not from Apple and then said the phone is not genuine. Her manager came and he said these same thing they didn’t believe me that I brought from Apple website despite it showing under my purchases within the Apple Store app and giving them the purchase number and everything. They replaced the phone after 1.5 hours but they said none of the emails or texts were from Apple. I left here super stressed and called my bank to cancel my card. I decided to call Apple the following day on their support number and talked to their online sales team. This team said everything was genuine I read through the email addresses and the text messages and she said she could see the serial number of the original and it was a genuine iPhone. This store made me so stressed to think I had purchased a phone from a fake Apple website when this was not the truth. I wouldn’t come back to this store again as none of their staff seemed to be trained in their own Apple communications.

Made appointment for phone battery replacement. They said leave your phone with us and it will be ready tomorrow. What’s the point of appointments if they can’t even come close to meeting them. Very poor. They don’t even come close caring. Won’t be going here again, Apple has lost it
