Honestly apple I think does the right thing. As long as you don’t change your screen or any part of an apple device somewhere else besides a apple store. Your totally fine, this place has great service. I highly recommend this place aslong as your in the north side of Brisbane

Staff were rude and did not seem to like what they were doing. Busy and such a long wait. Definitely a change to what I experienced a year or so back, which was excellent service.

I have phoned 5 times in 6 minutes and have NO joy in simply trying to book an appointment. That’s not satisfactory service From beginning of phone calls and un-user-friendly apple support website was a total of 37 minutes JUST to set an appointment Extremely frustrating. Doing on behalf of my 79 year old mother How must these people get help from you???!!!

Excellent service. Was assisted by Jason at the Chermside Store on 22nd December 2017. Excellent service, he was well presented and full of valuable knowledge. He assisted me with various items and helped be with my new iPad Pro 10.5" cover. I have have been a regular customer of this store for over ten years and they have always come up trumps for me. Awesome crew, great Apple products and I have never had trouble with them. Thanks to Jason and I look forward to seeing you again soon buddy! You're a legend.

A busy store (which I don't mind) but the customer service hasn't been as good as it used to be. Was used to fantastic technical and sales support but my last experience was quite unpleasant even though I was only picking up my laptop that had been in for service/repair; was quoted correctly initially, had that quote checked a second time to make sure there were no hidden fees/costs, only to have that quote changed with a different sales person when I picked up my laptop who was not very pleasant to deal with and made a comment that sounded like I shouldn't shop there again, or take my repairs there, even though I wasn't asking for anything extra or demanding or even complaining about any of the repairs (of which they did a great job, in terms of technical repairs and quoting). I have been a loyal Apple user since 2004 and I need to purchase a new laptop for design work and had never been hesitant to purchase from Apple in the past, but now, the experience has left me very weary.
