Awesome new store with a great range of products at very reasonable prices. Finding staff to help you is still the biggest problem at JB and when you do find a staff member they can't help with the area you're in, If you ever need a staff member just go to the counter and tell them what you need and they will call someone to come and help you. Usually has the most competitive prices and the newest items. Can't go wrong with JBHIFI

Great customer service and fantastic selection. Pretty low and reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back for my electonic needs!

The staff are nice enough but there aren't enough of them. You often are lining up at the counter for 5 or more minutes. The layout is also terrible. So many products packed into a small area. It's difficult to compare products when they are no more than 30cm from your face. Not sure how anyone could buy a large screen TV from here. You also need to frequently move out of the way of other customers because there isn't enough room to easily pass one another.

Went in store today to purchase a pair of headphones and was welcomed by a dark hair, blue eyed handsome man named Alex. He was very helpful to me as what the best products were and seemed to have a lot of knowledge of the products too. They work and sound amazing and it is all thanks to him. Will be back ;)

The store is very very full, with a huge number of items crammed into not a lot of floor space, making locating products difficult, and limiting the number of people that can comfortably be in the store at one time. It also means that staff are restricted in their ability to help those who need it, but generally they try to be available to assist.
