Good parking, good range of goods. Can be busy and lacking in staff, but linger around and you'll find one. Prices can be competitive when on sale, otherwise typically a little above what you can find at other stores.

Slowest service ever. Waited ages at phones, asked for sales, was told was getting someone, waited another 12 mins, eventually went to checkout to request service. Happy to help with a smile from the lady that did serve us.

When you get help, it's a good experience. When you're wandering around looking for that pesky cable you need for a Christmas present, good luck keeping your sanity. Big store and good range. Prices are normally competitive on most things. Really, it's just the lack of service that's annoying. If you know exactly what you need and don't require help, then you'll have a good experience.

Really impressed with the customer service at this JB. We also received a free coffee. Although it was busy we weren't ignored. Probably the best JB we've ever been to.
