Whilst shopping at Windsor Officeworks for items to set up a home office Katrina assisted me in picking a chair & Nev helped me ensure a desk I was buying would accommodate the chair & the printer I decided on. They were both so friendly & very helpful. Great teamwork!,
Unfortunately self serve photo printing from iPhone no longer works here or at Virginia Officeworks, so must be a bug with the system. I have before previously used both the WiFi and cable options. But now if using WiFi, once the photos are selected, they never show on the machine. If using cable it either doesn’t work, or if it works and you select the option of last 100 photos, it selects a random bunch that are neither the last 100 taken nor edited or modified in any way. Officeworks could you please investigate so iPhone users can print photos again? Thank you
I just want to give a huge shout-out to Micaiah from Officeworks. A few weeks ago she totally saved me and my colleagues and ensured we got all the printing we needed huge amounts in a really short timeframe. She was an absolute angel. Thank you so much Micaiah for your incredible customer service - we couldn't have gone ahead with our work event without your help. Forever grateful
Another binding problem, again Officeworks — this time a different location. Again they came up with excuses. They said they would make a booking for three days later. I even accepted that. I just wanted to get this done at an Officeworks store. But unfortunately, while the girl was taking notes, she was gossiping with another staff member. She kept me waiting there for half an hour. Such low-quality people and such poor service are absolutely unacceptable. This is not okay at all. Doesn’t this store have a manager or something? Why are the people working in the binding section so off-putting and so unwilling to do their jobs? I really don’t understand.
I visited the store today and saw Kristine training a new team member. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism were incredible to watch. She explained everything so clearly and with such care, it was obvious she’s not only great at what she does but also a wonderful mentor. I just wanted to acknowledge her for doing such an amazing job!
