I was met by a lovely lady named Kristine. She was only too happy to find exactly what I needed and where to find it. One product was unavailable at that time , so she ordered it for me. helpful, friendly and ended my anxiety for me, as I needed the dredded school supplies. Thank you so much Kristine. A young man named Taylor helped me every step of the way in purchasing an apple macbook. His honesty, friendly and knowledgeable attitude towards helping me was a breath of fresh air. He made my experience relieving and feeling confident that I had just spent $2000 wisely. These 2 people just made my life so much easier. Thank you both Kristine and Taylor. Wonderful staff members to be proud of.
I had the worse customer service at this store . I bought a laptop that had multiple issues with it from the date of the purchase.nI was hoping the manager could help me to get an exchange or a refund as it’s obviously clear the laptop is faulty. I was very lucky to have called customer service and was able to get a refund at another store .
Placed a click n collect order through one pass at this store today as I was in a rush and needed a hard drive only to find that this store doesn’t have any signage or click n collect area and finally had to wait in line for 30 minutes while the 2 cashiers were slowly checking out bulk orders that each had the store backed up with 10 plus customers. When I finally was rudely served I was told that I had to wait for someone to bring the item up a further 12 minutes… and basically thrown at me with no service… regretting the one pass sign up for click n collect
I ordered a document to be printed and a click and collect order at the same time online a few days ago. I was met with an email stating that everything was ready to pick up so i went in this afternoon to grab them and waited 40+ minutes for the employees to grab them for me. Waiting 20 minutes for someone to do a 20 second job of grab the printed document out of the drawer and another 20 min as i was told i had to go elsewhere to get the rest of my order picked up. Outrageously bad services times at this office works.
Been into this office works many times now! I came into buy an office chair today and had the best customer service! Phil was absolutely fantastic! I really appreciated everything he helped me with!
