Such a joke for printing services. Every single time I've made a printing order there has been issues, and I've finally just given up. What's the point in spending your money at some big chain when they don't provide the service or convenience?nnHere's some examples of my experiences:nn1. They couldn't figure out how to print my graphic from their computer. I uploaded the file in the specs requested by the website, passed the preview checks and had the order approved. The team rang me and treated me like tech support, asking me for solutions on how to get their computer to print the images. Since it's not my job, I have no idea. With some hand-holding, they eventually found their solution.nn2. Arrived to pickup an order of 2x different sets of flyers and 2x sets of cards, 2 days after receiving confirmation the order is ready. No cards were printed. I had to wait up to 40min because their only printer was down.nn3. Arrived to pickup one set of flyers 4 days after receiving confirmation they were ready. After waiting for 3 team members searching for 20 minutes, they informed me that my order was not there. They also couldn't print me a new one because their only printer is down once again. Their suggested solution was to refund me and I could try this process again with another one of their stores - and spin the roulette wheel hoping I might be able to receive the order I've paid for?nnTotally done. I would rather pay twice as much and support a small business.
How trustworthy can be a Brand or store? In 2 weeks, a same laptop price which is one year older model is now more than 25% expensive. A shame for a brand.
Had to print off a million things yesterday afternoon and left it quite late. The lovely lady at the desk Shawa helped me out !!! So so very helpful, couldn’t have done it without her. Amazing customer service
Bought a Samsung S23Ultra from them less than a year ago. Screen flicking as soon as someone calling or a notification receives and is not possible to answer the call or see the messages.nTook it to store for warranty. They asking for 3 weeks so they can send it back to manufacturer and get the assessment on the damage. According to the Australian Customer Law this is as a major issue and they have to replace it or give me refund.
Went in to purchase an item - took my mobile to show the link to the item at a cheaper price. After intense scrutiny it was decided the item could be purchased at the cheaper price located elsewhere. Was going to purchase with Gift Cards. When I found it difficult to open these, I mentioned to the check out female that I would stand aside to allow her to continue to serve others. When I had worked it out I went back to her, but she told me to go back to the end of the line. No customer service. Female had a snotty nose wiping it with an overused tissue. Not hygienic at all. Luckily I was served by a kind gentleman who helped me and was patient. The female with the nose ring and runny nose has no customer service, but the male was fantastic.
