The worst after sale service ever. Have a store manager who we have tried calling 5 times and left messages for them will not call us back. They sold us a couple of faulty product, which we paid an arm and a leg for and they don’t want to know about it. My suggestion is stay away from West Elm, you will find better after sale service from other online stores.

The worst customer service ever! I purchased all my furnitures from them spending over 10K. I have been waiting my bench for 5 months now still hasn't arrived yet. It got delayed 3 times and they didn't notify me the delay. I spoke to customer service few times and they promised someone will give me a call but they never did. I am so frustrated and I will never buy from them again.

The furniture quality seems reasonable, but their retail model is deceptive, the advertised price is not the sale price, deliver can be up to a further 20%. Very little of the furniture is available from the store. It is basically a large Web based pop up shop with exorbitant transport costs. $189 "deluxe delivery fee for sml kids desk? In a capital city. You pay and then may take 6wks from Indonesia to get here.

Purchased dining table and two benches at a cost of over $2100, issues experienced were : 1. Overcharged in store 2. Took 1 month to get a refund of the difference that West Elm had overcharged me 3. Table and benches delivered in reasonable time frame, although costs $190 for delivery with no option to self collect 4. Table and benches were both faulty and damaged with numerous scratches, chips and poor fitting legs. Not what you'd expect for a high end store 5. Managed to arrange delivery of replacement good 2 weeks later - again items were damaged with poor fitting legs. Delivery driver advised this is common and West Elm were notorious in processing slow refunds 6. Returned items straight away but still waiting for refund over a week later. For a high end store, this is not what I'd expect in terms of customer service or quality of goods.
