I wish more than 5 stars were available. Sleepy's went above and beyond match me with the perfect bed. Seamless delivery on top. The staff were friendly, professional and proficient. They knew their products and the right questions to ask me to get a mattress, frame and bedding to fit me at the right price. Paula in particular provided brilliant customer service and showed genuine care. Excellent product knowledge. Thank you. Definitely would recommend your store to anyone.
Wonderful customer service particularly information / support from Sheree + great communication from both Sheree & Paula via email once I’d finally made up my mind. Range of storage bed frames & good range of compatible bed heads to choose from in store… plus good range of fabric options too! Great price given quality, locally made & estimated quick turn around /delivery given custom items. Highly recommend!
Amazing service from Sherree at the fortitude valley store. She took the time to get to know me and how I sleep. She then explained the benefits of each of the mattress options and allowed plenty of time to lay on them in store. Super friendly and you could tell immediately she knew what she was talking about. A great salesperson with a wealth of knowledge and huge asset to the store. Thank you Lauren
Staff were very helpful in selecting the perfect bed for us. Gave us good options and feedback on position of sleeping, spinal alignment. Sherree was fantastic which made the experience very pleasant compared to other bed sales staff we’ve experienced lately. Highly recommend looking for your next bed option through this store! Delivery was even before the expected warehouse stock date.
We visited the store to try and help a family member who has not slept well for decades and is recovering from lower-limb problems. Paula took the time to talk through the options, demonstrate the products and find the best solution. Within 3 days of installation of the adjustable bed, a 30+ year insomniac was converted into a nightly-sleeper! I cannot recommend this Team enough; they are never too busy to help and always happy to answer any questions you might have. Wish we had looked at this solution years ago!
Sheree assistant manager was lovely on the day. Quote came in a timely manner. We were able to organise the bed, mattress and pillows. Delivery was on the day we were originally told - so on time. One small hitch with the delivery that was sorted by Sheree directly. Overall good experience
Tara is a very nice and helpful staff that made our purchase experience rewarding. She gave us professional advice on which mattress fits me and my husband most. Overall we’re very satisfied.
Sharee and the team looked after me so well. I got the full walk through and am made very comfortable with what products were being shown to me. I was fully informed when making a decision to purchase. Could not ask for better service and products.
I am a returning customer having been given great advice last time and I wasn't disappointed this time. Sherree provided great customer service with good comparisons around mattress types for me to consider and prompt admin support processing my purchase. I would definitely recommend Sleepy's in the Valley.
We had a great experience with Paula. We purchased a kuranda medium-firm king mattress for boxing day and had it delivered. They were flexible on the price and included a mattress cover with the sale, so that was a good start. When we stated using it, we realised that it was too firm for us even though it was supposed to be the right one following some tests. So we back to the shop to try different mattress for a replacement and started to dither on what we wanted to do. They were very patient with us while we made up or mind. We ended keeping the same model but going for the plush version. They organised the switch and even though this model was more expensive they didn't charge us for it. This new model is great and we're happy with it now. So to summarize, we received great service, they were patient and made us feel attended to, all wrapped in very good prices. I don't say that often but I 100% recommend Paula and her team if you need a high end mattress!
