I previously used your printing services and had a smooth experience. However, during my visit today, the staff seemed reluctant to assist. While I understand they might have been busy, a basic level of customer service was missing. Furthermore, the staff dropped my change on the floor and did not even offer an apology, which made me wonder if this treatment was due to my Asian background. I was quite surprised and disappointed by this behavior.
Very slow counter service. A man asked if they could get another person behind the counter to speed up the process, he had a valid reason. The response from the staff sounded as if they had very little care and a robot like response. To put it in perspective I waited over 20mins and there were only 2 customers in front of me.nnFriendly and helpful when they got to me.nOffice works really needs to allow for more staff behind those counters.

Every time visit this Officeworks and it never fails to amaze with disappointments, specially if you’re using printing services either on counter or self-service. No clear written process or instructions. You wait in the queue at printing desk for almost half an hour to hear that you can or you have to self print it. Again, no clear process can be found on where to collect copies from and what barcode you need to scan. Then go back to long queue to collect prints to k ow you’ve to collect them from elsewhere. Additionally, it requires more team members at printing desk to reduce waiting time for customers.
Never again, I asked a staff member for help finding the right paper, he looked for 30 seconds then said he needed to ask someone elsefair enough . The after 15, I found it on the shelf he checked and when I went to find him I he was asking another staff about her uni course and dreams! 4 staff behind the counter, que 30 people long. 4 of them helping someone do a return. Also had 2 A4 prints ordered, est 2 days. A week later I call and ask what happened and rhey say they hadn't started because of another customer....after a week.nTake this review seriously, terrible service and would strongly recommend you save your time and money and go elsewhere.
