Shocking service. I stood and waited for ten minutes knowing exactly what I wanted. The poor lady on the door tried so hard to get me a person to serve me. She even at one point got what I assume was the manager, he brushed it off, even though I was waiting before the lady who he was serving. I ended up walking out and apologising to the nice lady on the door. Never buying anything from you guys ever again (or attempting to). I went to Myer instead for my Apple Watch.

Liam is a very good saler, sympathic and helpful. All what we need from a sales man.

Generally good experience with great product knowledge. Little bit confused about their own specials but by far its our favorite jb HiFi store in Brisbane.

Small place with friendly staff. Items kept in well condition, though variety is very small due to the size. Sales was very helpfuland very knowledgeable for phone purchase. However this came as a double edged sword as my price match included hoping whereas  Albert st didn't, costing me an extra $10. Not that bad though.
