We create software for multiple industries to use on touch-screen point-of-sale terminals for installations all around the world.

Story

Within our company we have 2 divisions, wholesale and retail. We supply our software and hardware to resellers throughout the world and all over Australia. Our second biggest market outside Australia is New Zealand, however we also supply to Ireland, Canada, North America, UAE and more. With many different resellers in varied environments, we come across a lot of different industries and cultures that we need to cater for. Arabic displays and Chinese printing are some of the features available.

Our retail arm supplies point=of-sale products to our local area as required. We have installations in industries such as Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Dry Cleaners, Retail and Landscape Supplies to name a few. Our software supports franchise arrangements with many permissions and customisations built in. Using in-house technologies to communicate to multiple databases in many locations allows you to keep an eye on what your business is doing without the need to leave your office.

Idealpos Solutions is a family run business located in Brisbane, Australia. We are always willing to help our customers with support as much as possible. We have an online user guide, YouTube videos and other support information that is able to benefit anyone who requires it.

Idealpos Solutions is the amalgamation of Ideal Business Software & Leda Business Equipment businesses. Both businesses were started over 25 years ago and have known grown into more than 4500 different business installations encompassing more than 12,800 separate packages. These installations range from single terminal sites to franchises with more than 65 terminals.

Our software is constantly evolving to add more features and functionality than previous versions. In early 2013 we released our first mobile app for the iPhone, iPod and iPad and we anticipate our second app to be released next year. We integrate with over 40 different software vendors to increase the usability of our product to benefit you, the customer, serve your customers more efficiently.
