Dropped by after an airport run to pick up some of their 5 meals for $50 specials, which is pretty great value. Some stock had sold out but got pretty close to the wife's wishlist so I'll call that a win.nnDidn't last long inside cos it was so cold, and only realised on my way out that you can borrow jackets on the way in! Well I'll be better prepared next time and spend more time browsing the full range of goods on offer.nnHad no need of their butchery services this time but it's good to know they'll slice and vacuum pack meat for free. Friendly service by the cashier.
Great selection, great service, top quality meat. The team recently helped me prepare and pack a range of meats for shipment overseas. They couldn’t do enough for me and the shipment went off without a hitch. Awesome service.
The man was friendly and very knowledgeable, bit he got me to spend $70 on a 900g piece of dry aged prime rib. When smoked to perfection e.g. perfectly pink in the middle we were insanely disappointed to find it tough and inedible. After spending so much time, effort and money on this, was a MASSIVE let down.
Bought beef, chicken, lots of stuff last week, these so call Chicken, Bacon & Avo pastries were foul, it was yellow mush no real chicken, I had maby 2 small hard pieces of bacon in both my pasties & Avocado was non existent. Bearly any filling at all should not be advertising these as chicken, bacon & avo when you put none in there. And to top it off there were 2 small bones inside them. Will never buy meat from this butcher again, so over priced no value for money, the 2 stars is for the friendly assistant that served me.
11.5.2024nI usually buy from Super Butcher online but today I decided to drive to Eagle Farm. I got a 4kg Bass Strait Porterhouse for $29.99/kg which was then cut up and cryovaced. The 2 racks of Pork Ribs were cheap at $9.99/kg. Staff are fantastic, always cheerful and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!nn*Specials at Super Butcher can provide amazing value. The Online purchase of Cape Grim Reserve Sirloin last week at half price was delivered free and every piece was cryovaced.nn*Today’s Special, after some trimming, produced 1.85kg of Wagyu Rib Finger MS 8. Delicious when grilled over hot charcoal.
