Super Butcher is a great butcher ...nWe got a whole rump, Scotch fillet and a wagyu rump cap ... The rump has been so delicious ...nThe staff were so friendly , happy to chat amd answer my husbands questions.nYou can't  beat the vacuum packaging  they do for you , never stop that !!!nnAlso the young man Josh that sliced our meat up was  just so personable and friendly ...nnWe have been going to  Super Butcher on and off for 25yrs and when we want good quality meat this is where we go to .

Have been using Super butcher for a while now, just getting meat delivered, so this was the first time I’d ever been into an actual store. On my walk around the massive store, I had two delightful staff members asked if I needed a hand with anything.. They even walked me around the store, telling me a tonne of info about all their meats and the services they could do! It was a wonderful experience on a pretty quiet Friday night! I ended up buying more than intended to, on top of picking up my click and collect order haha! Honestly though, all of the staff were just so lovely and friendly, I couldn’t be happier. I also have dealt with their online customer service and they were honestly just as nice dealing with a few issues.nWill definitely be back and will continue supporting the legendary super butcher!!

Excellent customer service and quality meats. Given run down on different cuts and family section 5 for $55. So thoughtful. Bought eye fillet, rib fillet, + boneless lamb.nBest eye fillet steak I've had & cooked! Thanks for the recommendations

First experience at the Super Butcher today and can honestly say it was the best. Kristian took the time to show us around and explain the difference between the cuts. We went with his recommendation and let's just say we will be going back before we run out. Highly recommend
