A mate of mine pointed something out to me today.nnRump Cap at this place is $54.99/ kgnAt another local butcher is $32.99/lgnnThis represents a 40% difference in the price between, what is meant to be, a value butcher vs that of a local butcher with less purchasing power.nnSuper Butcher are having an absolute laugh and I would recommend you steer clear of these guys. There is no value for money here.
Dropped by after an airport run to pick up some of their 5 meals for $50 specials, which is pretty great value. Some stock had sold out but got pretty close to the wife's wishlist so I'll call that a win.nnDidn't last long inside cos it was so cold, and only realised on my way out that you can borrow jackets on the way in! Well I'll be better prepared next time and spend more time browsing the full range of goods on offer.nnHad no need of their butchery services this time but it's good to know they'll slice and vacuum pack meat for free. Friendly service by the cashier.
The range is very impressive and the quality brands from Tasmania like Bass Straight are a plus. The team are first class and very helpful. Their online service and deliver was our main attraction and they continue to impress. First visit to the main site at Eagle Farm today.
Kerry is fabulous! We were buying 12 kg of pet mince. We told her that we feed our dog 300 g portions so would prefer it fresh not frozen. She told us that they could divide it into sealed portions for us to save us bagging it at home. Always receive fabulous service.
