Dropped by after an airport run to pick up some of their 5 meals for $50 specials, which is pretty great value. Some stock had sold out but got pretty close to the wife's wishlist so I'll call that a win.nnDidn't last long inside cos it was so cold, and only realised on my way out that you can borrow jackets on the way in! Well I'll be better prepared next time and spend more time browsing the full range of goods on offer.nnHad no need of their butchery services this time but it's good to know they'll slice and vacuum pack meat for free. Friendly service by the cashier.
As was the case last time, a long, long wait to have meat sliced and my steak was not sealed properly, might as well been put in a ziplocked bag. When Albany creek seal my steaks they are tight to the meat. These were just sealed bags
Giving 5 stars because I don’t think it’s fair to lower score based on one staff members lack of interest and care - however - The best service we received was the guy who was on his lunch break who came back early to serve as it was busy - he asked a woman named Grace to help so he could finish his break, but she literally had to be directly asked - by us - if she was serving because she just stood next to the butcher who was already serving a customer and ignored us. Her reply was “yeah I’m helping” with zero care to assist us. She was rude and disinterested, and it felt like we were inconveniencing her by being served.
Big day in the car park for the meet n greet.nKids had a blast . Good sale in side and the tasty meat treats out the front were delicious
Prices are so affordable, they do free slicing and vacuum seals for meat!!! Kristian was a real superstar, he immediately approached me when I walked in and gave me such great guidance. THANK YOU KRISTIAN
