Called on Friday for a quote,..no one got back to me, i called again & was finally put onto a sales rep, i explained what i was after he said leave it with me i'll email you a breakdown of everything & approximate cost..it is now Wednesday & still no email or phone call,..do you want the business or not ?...amateurish at best you bunch of #@!%**!

We used the rush service in order to get a colleague's farewell present sorted in time...everything went great, communication was prompt and friendly, would definitely use again (maybe even not rushing things next time!). Thanks guys

I've been using these guys for a few years to supply promo items like printed pens and embroidered caps for work conferences. Always professional and good quality stuff. More recently I used their online designer to make a t-shirt for my BFFs birthday and was able to do it all myself on their website. Really easy… and it arrived super fast. Highly recommended.

Recently we ordered shirts with DTG printing, the photo's that we were sent prior to ordering were nothing like the products that we received.  After paying a considerable amount of money on these shirts I was disgusted with the end result.  An email was sent to QTCo. about our dissapointment with these shirts and the service that we received during the whole process, no response was ever received from the email.  If this is the way they treat their customers, they will soon be out of business. NEVER again will I use QTCo. and am happy to tell other teams in our sport who NOT to go to.
