Well, nisbets adverised their sales and clearance, made my purchase, they delivered the expensive items and promised to deliver the rest in 2 weeks time. After a month I called them, they said, that is it. No more deliveries for you, this items are now sold out. What, but I paid for them. And guess what they said!! “It is what it is” and you can do whatever you want. If you were giving it to me for free you would have been more business sensible. Pathetic service. Never again.
Absolutely disguted in nisbets. Not the in staff in store but everyone else that works for the policy and on their damaged goods policy. This is not the first restaurant we have used nisbets to supply oue goods from. Broken bowls arrived, going to lose hundreds of dollars on the sale price of the 80 items we ordered and we were offered a 30 dollar voucher and no replacements. Pathetic considering the thousands and thousands of dollars we spend with you. Will never be shopping with you again and will be sure to remind all of my fellow business owners of how badly they treat their customers when all of the equipment arribes broken in the mail. The other reviews say the same thing
I am happy with the staff in store but extremely bad experience with online purchase. Listed same day despatch in the website but they did not send out my order after a week until I rang and they said they are doing warehouse transfering and thats why my order got missed. No solution can be offered for their mistake. They cant deliver to me immediately from my nearest local store, they cant deliver to me using express service, they can only do normal despatch. I rang on Mon early morning to chase up and they promised they will send out on the same day, but i only received notification from courier receiving my parcel on Wed.. i need equipments for brand new cafe opening, and i have to redo my shopping all over again myself at other stores before the deadline.
Great service. Just need a massive re stock. Out of stock of everything we went looking for. If you go call first so your time isn't wasted.
Terrible warranty service, brought 2 Apuro induction tops from there Brisbane store in October last year. 1 was completely faulty from the get go and had to get replaced. Tried to get me to pay for re installation initially. Then a few months later, the other knob fell off and turning pin fell back into the device, rendering it useless on one hub. I asked for it to be repaired as it is only 6 months old, and we are at the restaurant just 3 days a week so hardly any use, they refused saying it was wear and tear. WHAT A JOKE. Poorly designed cheap equipment, my fault really for buying it in the first place. In touch with a lawyer for potential legal action, Dont care about the money, more the principal.
Ordered a few fridges for work, somehow this company cannot provide me with something as simple as a tax invoice.
I am very disappointed at the service I have received from Nisbets. I was told my package would arrive 2 to 3 days from when I ordered online and it didn't arrive for 5 days. I needed this item urgently and when I called up to ask where it was, I was met with a sales rep who could not care less attitude telling me that it had been lose and when I asked what they planned to do about it, he simply said "oh well we can cancel it for you". No offer of really making me happy or anything. I had to purchase another item in the interim as I needed it for a specific date. I wrote an email expressing my dissatisfaction and received one phone call which I could not answer. I tried to call back twice and could not get through to anyone who would help me, no follow up since then. I definitely do not recommend.
Clock watching staff. Shuts exactly at 4.29pm when I pull up out front. Driven 30mins from South Side of Brisbane in peak hour to pick up 1 item, only to be told shop is closed. Would of taken less than 30secs Sign was saying Open when I arrived and parked directly in front of the front door. Staff leave and lock up at 4.32pm. Unhelpful staff, very poor customer service. Would not recommend. Management should review staff very unprofessional. Will be following this up with management personally.
Always have difficulty reaching my local store. The people at the end of the 1300 number were quoting stock levels from their warehouse in a different State! Once I can get through to the Eagle Farm store - I'm home and hosed - but getting them is just too hard. Give me a telephone number starting with 07 please!
Are you serious... i am disappointed to read such negative reviews. I had the best experience ever with this company i would rate there customer service top score. I purchased an ice machine around a year ago.which has been a well used item in my home and reliable. The person went over and above out of there way to get my delivery sent to eagle farm and pick up was a breeze. I get regular emails which keeps my exceptional customer experience in mind. Regards
