The stock range and the staff were the best I have encountered in JB's in Queensland. There was plenty of staff and all were so helpful and new to the products they were selling.  We bought a microwave and when we got home and plugged it in , it made an awful sound , I called the store and they told me to bring it back, when I did the exchanged it so quick and without any hassle. We also got a $30 refund as the price had dropped in two days.  Winner winner , well done JB Indooroopilly.

Well it was not what I was expecting. First the security guy reached at the entrance as a criminal I bought brand new Samsung TV so I need to pick up downstairs. Secondly They don't advise you anything that tv has to be erected in the car.  The TV by itself is amazing though

Went in there to look at their Smart TVs. They had wonderful models on show and the one's on sale were at such a cheap price. I highly recommend them to others.

Shout out to Luke - went in yesterday to get a laptop and needed someone to assist me in making the right decision to ensure I got the right product to suit my needs. Luke was extremely busy and still managed to provide the best assistance possible, and got out of his way to answer to all my questions,  whilst managing many other customers. I had the best experience and highly recommend this store. Customer service was spot on! Thanks Luke, you rock!!!

I went to the store today to buy my brothers Christmas gifts. They were quite busy understandably however shout out to staff number 46725, I didn’t catch her name but she was fantastic! Super lovely and explained the different charges/ cables, took her time even though other customers were impatiently trying to but in and gave great customer service. Would happily come back if she was working a shift! Please pass it on to her  she was wearing black rimmed glasses! Thanks!

Was challenging trying to secure a staff member to assist me in locating an item I wanted. When I finally did, he was excellent in his ability to assist and was extremely well-versed in providing alternative options although the price points varied significantly.

I've had excellent experience with staff here who have been very helpful with their customer support when dealing with a faulty product. Unfortunately I cannot give more than 3 stars to any place with the gross customer-hostile practice of putting check out in the middle of the store, necessitating they place someone at the door to treat you as a thief on the way out every single time.

Appreciation and compliments to Michael for great customer service over two visits to the store. Help was needed to connect existing speakers to a turntable I bought in store. Michael's professional and pleasant manner as well as knowledge to resolve the problem was exceptional. With thanks. Val Byers.

A long established eatery. Very extensive menu. Clean..fast service. Reliable food, nicely presented. These people deserve every success.

Very good. Three times in 2022, during sales periods, I have purchased quality electrical products; the staff are always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.
