Came in the other day to look for a monitor, and it was just my lucky day cause Reece was there to help.nHe was very knowledgeable with all the monitors in stock, and was patient enough to let me do my own research online. With his help, we found a monitor that I'm very happy with.nnI asked Reece: would you choose stock options in Officeworks or dinner with Jay Z. Without any hesitation, Reece excitedly replied Officeworks stock options.nnAnyways an amazing customer experience, will be back.

This young Indian lady at the counter seemed like a character out of some dystopian novel. She was trying to sound pleasant but ended up sounding shrill. And then, when I asked for a bag, she just dropped it in front of me like a robot, and wouldn’t even help me put my purchases inside even though I was obviously struggling to put them all in it also felt like she was just staring at me with delight as I did so. Then, after I was done, she gave out this creepy disingenuous line, “Thank you for visiting, have a pleasant day!” Is that a person or an AI machine? I can’t really tell.

You can find all office tools, equipment and support materials. It also has affordable products. Even though it was difficult to choose pens from the wonderful variety of colors, it was nice to see. It is possible to print in small and large sizes in the store. There is also a dedicated section for printing photos.

Awful online purchase experience and collect in the store. Whatever you need, go to the store to get it, NEVER purchase online with them!!!! Its a nightmare! Online shopping should be easy and convenient, not painful and frustrating!!!

Walked 3km down here to get some mechanical pencil lead refills shown as in stock and available for click and collect. Yep in aisle 1.nnYeah nah. Oops. Sorry we don’t have a single refill lead here. Not a single one. New stock line may be coming soon.nn“But your app and website says you have stock”nnYeah. Nah. It might be accurate again in a few days time.nnSo do NOT trust Officeworks app.nDo NOT trust Officeworks website.nDo NOT expect Officeworks Milton to have any stock they purport to have.nnAnd people in retail wonder why we all go to Amazon so often.nnThere ya go!!!!
