You might want to review some of your staff members as a staff member seemed annoyed when I approached her to ask a question. Staff weren’t very helpful. Apart from Jacob, who was a breath of fresh air and his customer service was on point. He makes a lovely addition to your team.
I usually use the self service machines at this store as it’s quicker than driving back to the office. The times I’ve needed to use their service at the counter I’ve always understood when they say they’ll need me to pick up my order later because I’m capable of thinking logically. If they need time to do my print job, they must have other print jobs from customers in the pipeline. I hear they even take orders from the internet these days. I don’t buy these people claiming they’ve waited in line for an hour to get served. To those people who claim they were waiting for that long I’d suggest to you maybe peel your gaze away from your mobile phone and take a look around at your other options such as the the self service printers that you were probably standing next to the whole time. I’ve witnessed it all from watching other customers at the copy counter, be it verbally abusing the staff, throwing their USBs or coins across the counter at them and not listening and cooperating with clear direction. A lot of people lacking in social skills wondering why the poor retail worker is annoyed with them. The people naming and shaming people on here is just uncalled for because they have no way of defending their actions against you so I have reported anyone doing that as it’s pretty disgraceful. I’d highly recommend the Milton Printers to anyone. Don’t go in there with the expectation that they can just magically do your last minute print job because you weren’t prepared and you’ll have a great experience.
Yeah I like it! Awesome stock awesome prices. The staff are young and a bit depresso but I get it, working in customer service can be miserable. Just talk to them calmly and be a nice person and I'm sure they will return demeanor. This is an industry where everyday they will have to put up with the rude, weird and crazy. So in saying that, they are actually helpful young people and they are doing there job right. If you are complaining about the service, more than likely, you are the problem. Just be cool.
The staff at the printing and copying counter are all incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I have my business Wellness through Yoga posters printed and laminated beautifully, thank you very much.
Customer service and product knowledge while buying a laptop from Bailey was terrific. Explained what to look for and gave the best recommendation. Made the whole process easy.
Terrible experience returning a laminator. They had issues with the system and asked me to leave it there. No refund was processed and no one seems to know anything about it. Called a few times and they put me through to the customer service who said that they would process and would be in my account in 72 hours. Still nothing. When I called back they said that they are waiting on the store to confirm that the request and that once that is done they will process it even though they had now had 2 weeks. She said it will take another 48 hours after they confirm it and I just keep getting palmed off and that it is sorted. There has been no communication from there end of Ben though I supplied a contact number when I left it there
Found a printer on special at $49.00, took it to the checkout and luckily looked at the screen. They were about to charge me $69.00. I had to go back and take a photo of the price on the shelf, take it back to the cashier and she then charged me the correct amount. Always watch the checkout screen!
We called 8:45pm and a nice lady answered the phone. We wanted to print 2 documents A1 size. To be fair they close at 9pm so it would have been a pain but nevertheless your close time is 9pm NOT 8:45pm. She didn’t even offer to have them ready by morning. Very unprofessional and the nice lady who is not so nice anymore didn’t apologise. I recommend mend you train your staff on your procedure with closing times and to offer alternative options and be proactive in helping customers. Please do better print team Milton! thx
Bad service from the girl with the long high ponytail. Laminating was also out of service. Officeworks used to offer free paper cutting - now charges $1 PER CUT
Very poor customer service. They only don't help you much but they're also rude and not emphatic at all. Ironically, the manager from the printing area I think his name was Nick is the individual who provided the worse experience. He didn't hesitate to verbally fight with me, forcing me to arrange the PLASTIC card for self-service, rather than printing the copies himself only 2 pages! I understand automation and cost saving, but you really shouldn't force customers to use the plastic card and self service machines if they don't want! This guy made me so angry and I wasted so much time.. Assistant JAZMINE came to help when I was very frustrated trying to deal with the printing machine I had been forced into. She listened to me patiently and actually helped I think she should be the shop/area manager rather than the other guy.. and I hope she's recognised, rewarded and retained properly. FYI you got 3 stars because of JAZMINE. Otherwise you would get zero.
