The online ordering system is the worst. They give you updates that say the delivery is coming today however it doesn’t arrive. The app will do everything in its power to ensure you can’t speak with anyone. No phone number available. If you ring the store you order from, it will just hang up on you after sitting on hold for 15-30min at a time. I had to drive to the store to investigate for them to waste another 20 min of my time to then say sorry, we don’t have your order in stock. When I ordered it with my store selected, it stated the items were in stock. What a joke. Another example of corporate conglomerates taking advantage of their customers. Such a shame. Unbelievable poor service. 0 stars if available.

I went in to find a dotted notebook that looked like it was out of stock. I was helped by the lovely Mitzi who looked in the overstock and found the notebook within a couple of minutes. He was pleasantly chatty, inquiring how I would be using the notebook and we got chatting about fountain pens. Mitzi is a warm, passionate and organised person and made my officeworks visit unexpectedly pleasant.  Thanks again Mitzi!

Good variety of back to school. And competitive prices. Staff could be more helpful. I was bounced amongst 5 members of the team to have a simple collection done

I am genuinely disappointed with the level of service at Officeworks Milton store. The staff, particularly in the printing are very rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping.nnSimple questions were met with attitude, no eye contact, and zero effort to assist. It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the store exists. No professionalism.nnI am sorry but Officeworks was meant to be about support and providing solutions, this one delivers neither.nnWould strongly suggest rather order online or going elsewhere if you value basic respect and service.
