What can I say? Zero customer service. I was not even acknowledged by the two staff members chatting behind the counter. Not even glanced at. I spent 10 minutes looking for a vintage lamp for a birthday gift but left feeling vaguely amused at the extremely poor service. It's not even poor if it's non-existent.

Very Disappointing Advice that ended up costing me 2 installation fees, on 4 fans.  Had no choice after first purchase but to continue.

Staff was super helpful over the phone and worked with me to find a comparable product online then source it in their store.

Extremely helpful staff but I think they are moving, or at least that's what the end of lease sale implied and it did look like stock was running out.

Very helpful and friendly staff excellent prices also at Jindalee very handy.
