Really disappointed with this Kmart store for accessibility reasons. The shelves are far too close together making it impossible for wheelchair and pram users to get through. The fitting rooms are tiny and the only accessible fitting room is down the end with stuff blocking the way to it. Makes it incredibly frustrating and embarrassing to shop here. Needs to change immediately.

I liked the Kmart, it has many items and there's a huge variety over there. You can buy everything needed to buy for your new room or house.

I find the supervising floor staff talk down and roll their eyes to their junior workers when I have shopped there. It’s happened a few times - they are female supervisors. They need to be trained on how to communicate and talk respectfully with their coworkers and not be so rude! We as customers see it! Your male floor supervisors are fine it’s just the stuck up females who let their job get to their head.

I was lost trying to find a humidifier and a worker named Wesam had excellent customer service. he had a good attitude, was energetic and very helpful. If only I could say the same for some of the other workers I've talked to here. But this place is still good though.
