Always excellent customer service when i visit my local KMART store in TOOWONG. I decided to check-out the KMART website & purchased six Carter Arched Bedside Tables, with the measurement being a perfect fit under my TV. I had an amazing experience at Kmart Toowong today, and I'm eager to give well - deserved praise to one of your employees, Courtney.nnMy friends and I were in a bit of a bind. We needed to activate a card but were at a complete loss. Adding to our struggles, English isn't our native language, which made the situation even more daunting. However, Courtney came to our rescue.nnThe card - activation process was rather intricate, and our language barrier made communication a challenge. But Courtney was an absolute gem. She took the time to break down each step, using plain language and even some friendly gestures to make sure we were following along. What should have been a quick job ended up taking quite a while because of our difficulties, yet Courtney remained unfailingly patient. She stayed by our side throughout the entire process until the card was finally up and running.nnHer kindness, professionalism, and endless patience really made our day. It's rare to come across such a helpful and understanding staff member, especially in a bustling store. Courtney is truly an asset to Kmart Toowong, and I hope this recognition reaches her. Thank you for having such wonderful employees!
Located within Toowong village shopping mall. Reasonable collection of household items, clothing and related accessories, kids toys, fashion makeup accessories, home decor and many more. The collection of shoes could have been better.
Karen, Libby, Ilana and Michael who was stocking were absolute superstars on the 14/03/25 on Pokemon release day! They were incredibly patient and helpful in trying to help us get our hands on any, as they had already sold out within an hour of them opening, but Karen was incredibly empathetic and particularly lovely to talk to. Even if they hadn’t have found a stray box that allowed us to buy one, we would have felt better leaving the store anyway because of their customer service. After the other multitude of stores we visited that morning with average attitudes, these guys were a breath of fresh air, and it’s so nice to see limits being enforced on in-demand items subject to scalping as well. Thank you so much guys, your work doesn’t go unnoticed!
Really RUDE door lady at 12:10pm today. I don’t know what her issue is. She’s MORE than enough reason for me to never return to the store.nMy elderly mother needed a trolley to go shopping into Kmart and she wouldn’t let me bring one to her. If you want customers, I’d advise hiring someone NICER.nI know this Kmart is a permanent SKIP now, I’ll be telling everyone to avoid
