My experience with the women’s shoe department customer assistance was terrible. Is it so hard to receive efficient service for a pair of shoes? When I did receive a helping hand, pair sizes in 5 & 6 were conveniently sold out in 5 different shoes + styles asked for. Nor did the lady ever look up in the database to find other store locations, new shipment/arrival dates, etc. Very frustrating.

The stock is pretty poor. Service is blatant mental abuse. Seems to be the case with most David Jones stores as this is the second one we've gone out to in the past few hours.

No staff available at the makeup counters at Toowong today. I was told at the Chanel counter (I needed 3 items) to wait and someone would be with me in five minutes or so. Not good enough. This is why people shop online David Jones.
