I've been a customer of Umart since my arrival in Brisbane back in 2014. And every single time I have been met with helpful staff (no matter how simple or complex the question), rapid response time from all forms of contact (email, fbook etc) and of course, amazing prices, I do not believe i have seen cheaper prices elsewhere. I will gladly continue to be a customer.

Always good value for money and decent customer service. Edit: Unless you have to deal with the middle aged lady who does repairs/replace who always assumes it's the customers fault and usually doesn't listen to your description of the problem. (You return monitor for dead spots and bad colour, and she checks that it powers on, doesn't plug it into anything, and declares that it's all fine, meanwhile bitching about a small scratch on the side (That you didn't cause) type of thing.) (Also had similar experience with a chip a few years ago.)

Been going there for years. The deal is, you know what you want, you order on line and you pick up your items. You can order in the shop but from what I have observed most have ordered on line before arriving. It's an efficient model that keeps prices down. The place can get very busy around lunchtime. Morning is a good time to pick up.

Knowledgeable staff, great product range, great prices. You'd be a sucker to buy your computing parts anywhere else, sure you can buy online but I like the fact I can go into a store, talk to someone who is very knowledgeable on product selection, I've often gone in to buy one thing and walked out with something else as the staff have taken the time to discuss my requirements with me and if I have an issue, take something back to a human being - the opening hours are great too.
